We have tripled the surface area of our electronics factory, allowing us to set up a U-shaped flow. The control, simplicity and optimization of flows is an essential prelude to Factory 4.0.<\/p>\n

Merem is equipped with 2 complete SMD lines for the installation of surface components including – pick & place, screen printing and jetting, SPI\/AOI 3D and reflow ovens allowing the realization of prototypes, pre-series and production series, from medium to large series. They are completed by an X-ray, an ersascope and a SMD repair machine.<\/p>\n

Merem is equipped with an automatic labeling machine allowing a unitary traceability of the cards and integrating in the process of digitalization of the workshop management and the zero paper. For the through components, we are equipped with 3 waves, one of which is selective.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The production process is punctuated by about ten test steps from the reception of the components to the packaging of the finished product. The in situ tests are carried out by 3 different machines including a mobile probe test capable of performing electrical and LED tests and a nail test for large series.<\/p>\n

A contanimometer allows to validate the state of the card before varnishing. Functional tests, boards and integrated products, are carried out using benches provided by our customers or developed by Merem. Our 5G antennas will enable us to test the 5G functionalities of the new IOT, to drive both volume growth and flow drainage.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Merem has a surface of 700m\u00b2 to realize the integration of modules, sensors and finished products, of very different sizes.<\/p>\n

Beyond the card, the integration at Merem allows to guarantee to the customers the availability of a complete and fully operational product. The time and quality savings in the supply chain are a significant added value.<\/p>\n

The most complex and\/or voluminous products have a dedicated custom integration line.
