Because the current market demands a high level of responsiveness, MEREM has deployed an internal organisation system that is customer-oriented. You will have a dedicated contact person who will monitor all your projects and the cycles within each of them.
This project manager will:
  • Have a log of your changes,
  • Participate in the costing,
  • Record your orders,
  • Participate in setting up technical files,
  • Issue the RAs,
  • Confirm the deadlines,
  • Manage supply purchases and dedicated inventories,
  • Promptly answer your questions, regardless of their topic (deadlines, updates, equivalence suggestions, quality, etc.)
