We have tripled the surface area of our electronics factory, allowing us to set up a U-shaped flow. The control, simplicity and optimization of flows is an essential prelude to Factory 4.0.
Merem is equipped with 2 complete SMD lines for the installation of surface components including – pick & place, screen printing and jetting, SPI/AOI 3D and reflow ovens allowing the realization of prototypes, pre-series and production series, from medium to large series. They are completed by an X-ray, an ersascope and a SMD repair machine.
Merem is equipped with an automatic labeling machine allowing a unitary traceability of the cards and integrating in the process of digitalization of the workshop management and the zero paper. For the through components, we are equipped with 3 waves, one of which is selective.
